Video: Last minute technical problem scrubs Falcon 9 launch

SpaceX will attempt to land its 470th Falcon booster during the Starlink 15-7 mission. It’s targeting liftoff from pad 4E at 10:13 a.m. PDT (1:13 p.m. EDT, 1713 UTC) on Saturday, June 28.

The launch continues SpaceX’s advancement of the rocket, which is key not only to its ambitions, but also to NASA’s Artemis program. Liftoff from Starbase is set for 7 a.m. CDT (1200 UTC), the start of a 30-minute launch window.

After a one-day delay to wait for improved conditions in the offshore abort zone, SpaceX and NASA launched four astronauts at 5:49 a.m. EDT (0949 GMT) Friday aboard a Falcon 9 rocket and Crew Dragon spaceship from Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The astronauts docked with the International Space Station at 5:08 a.m. EDT (0908 GMT) Saturday for a planned six-month mission.
