Live coverage: Soyuz crew capsule arrives at space station

Continuing support of the International Space Station amid the coronavirus pandemic, Russian teams transferred a Soyuz rocket to a launch pad in Kazakhstan on Wednesday in preparation for liftoff with a Progress resupply freighter.

Expedition 50 astronauts Shane Kimbrough and Thomas Pesquet will head outside the International Space Station today to continue battery replacement work.

Eight more satellites for Europe’s Galileo navigation fleet will be built by Germany’s OHB System AG and Britain’s Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd. under a contract worth more than $350 million.
