Third flight of Blue Origin’s New Glenn rocket to feature 1st reuse of booster

Blue Origin plans to launch its third New Glenn rocket from Cape Canaveral Sunday during a two-hour window that opens at 6:45 a.m. EDT (1045 UTC). It will carry AST SpaceMobile’s BlueBird 7 satellite to provide direct to cell phone services from space.

FCC gives SpaceX “green light” to expand Starlink constellation to 15,000 satellites

The Starlink 6-96 mission added another 29 broadband internet satellites to the low Earth orbit constellation. SpaceX launched from Space Launch Complex 40 on Friday, Jan. 9, at 4:41 p.m. EST (2141 UTC).

Strong winds stymie back-to-back SpaceX launch plans; Vandenberg launch successful

SpaceX planned a pair of back-to-back Falcon 9 launches from both coasts but upper level winds scrubbed the liftoff from Florida. A Falcon 9 was able to launch from Vandenberg Space Force Base at 12:43 a.m. PDT (0743 UTC).
