Space shuttle Endeavour made the journey from Kennedy Space Center to pad 39B in the predawn hours of Sept. 19.

Endeavour to the VAB

For its role as a rescue craft during the Hubble servicing mission and the scheduled November logistics run to the space station, Endeavour is moved to the Vehicle Assembly Building.

Panoramas of the Pegasus hangar

Spaceflight Now visited Orbital Sciences' Pegasus rocket assembly hangar at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California on August 21. Technicians had just welcomed NASA's Interstellar Boundary Explorer spacecraft and the Star 27 kick motor into Building 1555 for attachment to the three-stage Pegasus.
