A Northrop Grumman Minotaur 4 rocket launched the NROL-174 mission for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). The agency said there are multiple national security payloads on board, which are “designed, built, and operated by the NRO. The U.S. Space Force’s Space Systems Command was responsible for launch procurement through the Orbital/Suborbital Program-3 contract.
