Delta 4 rocket launches GPS 2F-5

The United Launch Alliance Delta 4 rocket blasts off at 8:59 p.m. EST from Cape Canaveral's Complex 37 on the mission to deploy the Global Positioning System 2F-5 navigation satellite.
