Drone’s view of Sunday’s SpaceX rocket landing

The batch of 21 Starlink satellites includes another 13 with the Direct to Cell capability. Liftoff from pad 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station happened at 8:50 a.m. EDT (1250 UTC) Saturday.

This video replay shot from South Padre Island shows SpaceX’s Starship SN8 prototype rocket taking off from Boca Chica, Texas, climbing high into the atmosphere, then gliding back to a fiery crash landing after an otherwise successful test flight.

SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket is set for liftoff from Cape Canaveral on Monday, heading due east over the Atlantic Ocean to deliver the Koreasat 5A communications satellite into orbit around 36 minutes later.
