A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will launch 28 Starlink V2 Mini satellites into low Earth orbit. About 8.5 minutes after liftoff, the first stage booster, tail number B1071, launching for a 30th time, will target a landing on the drone ship, ‘Of Course I Still Love You’, positioned in the Pacific Ocean. Delayed from Nov. 13.
