A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will launch another batch of 23 Starlink V2 Mini satellites to low Earth orbit. Among those, 13 feature Direct to Cell capabilities. A little more than eight minutes after liftoff, the first stage booster, tail number B1077, will target a landing on the droneship, ‘Just Read the Instructions,’ in the Atlantic Ocean.
