![]() ![]() The 100th space shuttle mission was flown by Discovery as the spaceplane delivered the Z1 truss structure and a new docking port to the international space station. The shuttle lifted off at 7:17 p.m. on October 11, 2000. The crew was commander Brian Duffy, pilot Pam Melroy and mission specialists Koichi Wakata, Leroy Chiao, Jeff Wisoff, Mike Lopez-Alegria and Bill McArthur. |
