New PDU installed

SPACEFLIGHT NOW DIGITAL VIDEO

A replacement Power Drive Unit is installed inside space shuttle Atlantis' tail at launch pad 39A on April 12. The PDU -- borrowed from sistership Columbia -- controls the shuttle's rudder/speed brake during landings. Source video: NASA (304k, 35sec QuickTime file).
