Endeavour embarked on a mission to retrieve the European Retrievable Carrier spacecraft and the first flight of the commercial Spacehab pressurized module on June 21, 1993. Liftoff was at 9:07 a.m. Commander Ron Grabe led the crew with pilot Brian Duffy and mission specialists David Low, Nancy Sherlock, Jeff Wisoff and Janice Voss.
