LADEE's launch captured by remote cameras

The Minotaur 5 rocket carrying NASA's LADEE moon probe rapidly vaulted away from its Virginia launch pad Friday night, but sound-triggered remote cameras placed around the pad at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport captured dazzling views of the liftoff.
