A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launched another batch of 23 Starlink V2 Mini satellites into low Earth orbit, including 13 with direct to cellphone capabilities. A little more than eight minutes after liftoff, the first stage booster touched down the droneship ‘A Shortfall of Gravitas’ in the Atlantic Ocean.
