Delta 4 rocket launches GPS 2F-3

The United Launch Alliance Delta 4 rocket blasts off at 8:10 a.m. EDT from Cape Canaveral's Complex 37 on the mission to deploy the Global Positioning System 2F-3 navigation satellite.
