Issued: Thursday, March 6
Launch Weather Officer: Joel Tumbiolo, 45th Weather Squadron
Synoptic Discussion: "No real changes to forecast reasoning. Next weak frontal boundary will approach from the north later today and Friday. This boundary will be located over the area on launch day, before slowly drifting south late Saturday. Exact location of boundary during the window is tough to pinpoint at this time. Exact wind direction will depend on the location of boundary. A more northerly component in the direction may be induced if boundary is south of the area before the launch window opens.
"Main concerns on launch day will be for clouds and precipitation associated with the frontal boundary. Ground winds, although expected to be light, will be a minor concern."
