Atlas 5 launches science-relay satellite for NASA

The United Launch Alliance Atlas 5 rocket blasted off Wednesday, Jan. 30 at 8:48 p.m. EST from Cape Canaveral's Complex 41 carrying NASA's Tracking and Data Relay Satellite K for science and telemetry relay from the International Space Station, Hubble Space Telescope and other research spacecraft.
