Atlas 5 rocket launches on NROL-36

The United Launch Alliance Atlas 5 rocket blasts off at 2:39 p.m. local time from Space Launch Complex 3-East at Vandenberg Air Force Base on the NROL-36 satellite deployment mission for the U.S. National Reconnaissance Office.
