The European Space Agency's first Vega rocket was assembled on the launch mount in French Guiana over the course of 11 weeks from November to January.

This video chronicles the process of stacking the nearly 10-story launcher on the pad at the Guiana Space Center, known by its French acronym CSG, on the northeast shore of South America.
