After an overland trip from Lockheed Martin, NASA's Juno spacecraft was loaded into an Air Force C-17 cargo plane at Buckley Air Force Base. The aircraft was due to take off Friday afternoon to deliver the $1 billion probe to the Florida launch site.

Juno is scheduled to launch Aug. 5 and reach Jupiter in July 2016.
