X-43A launch failure SPACEFLIGHT NOW DIGITAL VIDEO Posted: June 4, 2001
A Pegasus booster goes out of control moments into flight carrying NASA's X-43A experimental aircraft off the coast of California. Former astronaut Gordon Fullerton aboard the chase plane where the video is being shot provides play-by-play commentary of the rocket's actions. The video signal does break up later in the flight.
