Astronauts aboard the International Space Station captured these views of SpaceX's Dragon spacecraft Thursday as it flew about 1.5 miles under the outpost in a test of navigation and communications systems.

The fly-under procedure was a crucial check of Dragon's health and performance before its rendezvous and berthing with the space station Friday.
