Gallery: Delta 4-Heavy stands up on the launch pad

A massive Delta 4-Heavy rocket was erected on its Cape Canaveral launch pad January 4 to begin three months of testing and preparations for liftoff. The planned April 1 launch will be the first operational flight for the heavy-lifting booster, which will deploy a missile warning satellite for the U.S. military.
