Delta 4-Heavy readied for launch

The United Launch Alliance Delta 4-Heavy rocket sits atop Space Launch Complex 6 at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California awaiting liftoff Wednesday morning on the NROL-65 mission for the U.S. National Reconnaissance Office.
