Atlas 5 rocket launches GPS 2F-4 satellite

The United Launch Alliance Atlas 5 rocket successfully blasts off to power a replacement Global Positioning System satellite into space to bolster the navigation utility for military and civil users around the world. The launch occurred from Cape Canaveral's Complex 41 at 5:38 p.m. EDT.
