Atlas 5 rocket continues legacy of Landsat

In spectacular weather at Vandenberg Air Force Base, the United Launch Alliance Atlas 5 rocket blasts off to deploy the Landsat Data Continuity Mission spacecraft on Monday, Feb. 11. The satellite will ensure the four decades of uninterrupted remote-sensing data about the Earth's ever-changing surface continues into the future.
