Synoptic Discussion: "A cold front passed through the central peninsula Friday evening into early Saturday morning. Expect gusty winds associated with a tight pressure gradient behind the front. Winds will be from the Northwest at 20 knots gusting to 35 knots and persisting through Saturday. Winds will begin to diminish on Sunday from the Northwest at 15 to 25 knots with a gradual decrease into the evening hours.
"For the MLP roll on Monday, the area will be under the influence of high pressure with winds shifting from the Northwest Sunday evening and becoming Southeasterly by late Monday morning at 10 knots gusting to 15 knots.
"For launch day, a cold front will be located in the panhandle with an increasing pressure gradient and strengthening winds from the South. The primary concerns for launch day are isolated coastal showers and associated thick clouds.
"In the event of a 24 hour delay, the cold front will be approaching Central Florida with a strong pressure gradient and gusty winds from the Westsouthwest at 20 knots gusting to 30 knots. There is a small chance of isolated thunderstorms associated with the front. The primary concerns for a 24 hour delay are iembedded thunderstorms, thick clouds, cumulus clouds, and gusty winds."
